What is your company’s data worth to AI buyers?
There is no list price for company records. But buyers have published ranges, and the same handful of factors drive where a company lands.
Published ranges
Published buyer ranges run from $100K to $2M+ per company. In October 2026 one buyer alone committed $1B over 12 months to acquiring enterprise operational data.
These are published ranges, not quotes. What any one company is offered depends on its records, and nobody can promise a price or a sale in advance.
What moves the number
- Size: more people usually means more activity, and more records of how work gets done.
- History: several years of records show patterns, seasons and exceptions.
- Number of systems: work spread across accounting, CRM, communication and industry software gives a fuller picture of the operation.
- Completeness and quality: records that are consistent and connected across systems are more useful than fragments.
- Language: buyers currently focus on operations run in English.
What can lower it, or rule records out
Some records may be limited by customer contracts, privacy law or software licenses. A good assessment flags these early, before anyone spends time on exports.
