What this site collects today

• The contact form collects: interest, name, work email, phone (optional), company name, website, role, industry, company size, years in operation, headquarters, document language, how much of your process is documented, how far back your records go, the systems your team uses, and anything you write in the message field.
• The form also records how you arrived: UTM campaign tags, ad click IDs, landing page, referrer and submission time.
• Form submissions are stored on our own server. We do not accept files or data samples through this site.
• The form uses a proof-of-work spam check that runs in your browser. It does not use third-party captcha services or tracking cookies.
• Advertising and analytics tags (if enabled) load only with consent where required.
